Ituri-état de siège : Des miliciens brandissent des effets militaires des FARDC, est-ce un aveu de l’échec ?

Des effets militaires ont été mis en ligne sur plusieurs plateformes virtuelles notamment Facebook, WhatsApp et Instagram par des personnes qui ne se sont malheureusement pas identifiées mais elles ont signifié par leurs actes que ce sont des effets militaires des FARDC récupérés par les miliciens de CODECO pendant leurs affrontements dans les différents villages de Djugu et Irumu.

En publiant ces images, les auteurs veulent montrer à la face du monde qu’ils sont entrain, non seulement de tuer les militaires FARDC et récupérer leurs effets, mais aussi montrer qu’ils ont mis toute armée à genoux, ce qui n’est pas vrai. Suivant le mode opératoire des groupes armés locaux dans cette province, cette façon d’étaler les effigies militaires qu’ils ont ramassées sûrement pendant les opérations, prouve que les miliciens sont arrivés au bout de leur force. En tout cas c’est du nouveau.

Multiplier les exactions contre la population civile pour prouver leur existence

Les pressions militaires exercées contre ces assaillants les ont dispersés dans plusieurs forêts de Djugu, Irumu et Mambasa. Et pour manifester leur existence, ils opèrent à petits groupes qui signent des incursions dans des villages où l’effectif militaire n’est pas signifiant avec des embuscades qu’ils tendent à des endroits isolés. Ils tuent la population civile, ils incendient des maisons, des biens, des engins roulants avec de kidnappings comme si l’armée ne faisait rien. Heureusement pour cette population qui a compris déjà toutes les manœuvres de l’ennemi.

La détermination de l’armée à en finir avec des groupes armés

Par cet acte de l’ennemi, je souhaiterai que l’armée congolaise reconnaisse sa suprématie qu’elle exerce sur ces forces négatives et qu’elle sache que la mission lui confiée par le commandant suprême est entrain de prendre forme mais qu’il suffit tout simplement qu’elle lance des opérations dites des grandes envergures telles que souhaitées et demandées par l’ensemble de la population congolaise.

« Dans peu de temps, tous ces bandits armés que vous voyez, vous ne les verrez plus » a dit récemment le porte parole de l’armée dans cette province, lors de l’émission Dialogue entre congolais de Radio Okapi du mardi 02 Novembre 2021, parce que, d’après le lieutenant Jules Ngongo « les forces armées sont résolument engagées dans cette période pour restaurer l’autorité de l’État ».

Une jeunesse égarée, une perte pour la République

Les forces négatives doivent plutôt déposer les armes et se rendre aux forces armées congolaises que de chercher des stratégies et tactiques « passées de mode » pour faire croire à l’opinion qu’elles tiennent encore. Malheureusement ils ne se rendent pas compte qu’ils ont énormément perdu en terme d’effectifs, ce qui est aussi une perte pour toute une nation avec des jeunes qui devraient plutôt servir la République dans plusieurs domaines de la vie. Un groupe armé ne gagnera jamais contre la République, peu importe le temps que cela prendra pour venir à bout de son aventure sanguinaire.
